This calculator is a good calculator to shake up weight loss when you’re feeling like you’ve plateau’ed. Once you see the calorie range for extreme fat loss, fat loss and maintenance, there is a 7 day calorie cycle (zig zag) clickable. This shows you how to keep the same weekly calorie total, but shaking up each day to confuse your body. Hope this is helpful for those interested.
We’ve lost 33.8 lbs. We’re probably getting better gas mileage - LoL!

Keep the Focus! Especially you Douglas - you & Cheryl have a huge challenge this weekend on your weekend cruise to the Bahamas. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.

See you on the skinny side,

So I’ve been totally engrossed in Grey’s Anatomy. I love Netflix! I’ve never watched the series on t.v. and decided to give it a try so I rented Season 1, became totally hooked and am now immersed in Season 2. This show is so entertaining. Aside from the obvious entertainment that McDreamy provides, I love the rest of the cast as well. George just cracks me the hell up. And Dr. Bailey - she’s such a hard ass, I love her to death, too. Burke’s cute. Yang is HILARIOUS. I can go on and on.
Dr. McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) is delicious and I offer him up to you for your viewing pleasure on this hot Friday.

28.4 lbs. down on Mysteria Lane
Amos earns the Biggest Loser title for this week - he and I were the only losers. Sup y’all?

Alright Amos, you lost your “Pork Chop” title - way to turn things around bro LoL.

Missed out on TGI Hot Friday and will, therefore, post TGI Hot Monday! Elle brought up this candidate Mark Wahlberg on account of “The Happening” opening up this past weekend. Too scary for me to see, even with Mark Wahlberg!

Well, we’ve lost 24.4 lbs. in the hood.

Doug is our Biggest Loser - it’s probably from eating all those veggies he’s growing on the side of the house. Great job! And Amos? Well Deep Dish - I’ve just one word of warning for ya “Fridge pickers wear bigger knickers!” The secret’s in the H2O - listen to Shawn. She knows what it takes to take it off & keep it off
Have a great week neighbors & I’ll see you at the scales.
Think Boot Camp Amigos ……

Eleanor and I have been scoring big time when it comes to movies lately. We saw Baby Mama (which prompted me to choose Greg Kinnear for this week’s hot Friday) and it was great.

Then we saw What Happens in Vegas - loved it. Ashton Kutcher is hilarious.

Sex and the City - really loved it!! I love Big - he’s so debonair!
We can go months & months without seeing anything decent - it’s feast or famine and we have been feastin’ big time baby!
Who da thought the secret was in Preparation H?!!!
I found this out on Starling Fitness:

Paul Marks weighed 303 pounds when he started with The Biggest Loser. He was eliminated back in February and has since had some medical problems.
According to the National Enquirer:
“Paul is fighting for his life. He’s had five surgeries since being voted off the show, and has had a bout with gangrene. And it’s all because of ‘Biggest Loser.’”
Of course, the quote from the show tells another side of the story:
“It is our understanding from sources close to Paul, and from Paul himself, that his doctors believe that losing weight on the show may have saved his life.”
The article doesn’t say WHY Paul had five surgeries and nine inches of his colon and appendix removed. Weight loss alone couldn’t cause a problem like that, could it? He must have had a problem with his colon that was separate from the weight loss. The only other mention of this was a brief interview on
TV Guide’s website:

He is really, really sick. In the past two months he’s spent six weeks in the hospital. He’s had ruptured diverticula and he got a colostomy, which got gangrenous. He’s had [several] surgeries.
What do you think? I know that the doctors at The Biggest Loser watch the contestants like hawks and any little thing that happens, they ship the contestants off to the hospital. Do you think the weight loss caused Paul’s sickness?
